If anyone have a good savegame dumped, for this game, please e-mail it to: Dloader@gmail.com .. thanks in advance! .. bleh, with all that dialog, it would take awhile to get back to where I was yesterday x_X;

I think you are a lucky fella!!!
This is the game I am playing now(every night before I go to sleep, because it makes it easier to fall asleep..).
And I think I am pretty much where you were.
I am going to attach my svae file.
Note that you will have to rename it to match exactly your file name.
Enjoy it.
By the way, nice game don't you think ? But I wonder how long it's actually going to be, or how many chapters.
I wonder because it's one of the largest DS roms(64MB) and it's mostly text and 2D images for the background.
Music it's almost always the same, and it's computer generated(not big MP3 like files), therefore it can only be actually game data that takes up most of the memory.
If my theory is Wright, then this game should take months to be finished !!

Thanks mate, I owe you one ;)
But yeah, this is one of the most amazing games Ive played in awhile.. definetly! .. I found myself banging my head against the wall, when I found out, that my savegame was gone.. NO!.. I just had to find out, what the hell that Old Lady was up to.. if she really was the samurai afterall
But for your question, I can say that it contains 5 chapters.. Ive read, that the very last chapter, contains specific tasks, that only the DS would be able to pull off.. something about moddeling a figure on the touchscreen I think.. and that the last few chapters contians several days of investigation... more meat to a meaty game ;D
*cough*
I'm not trying to sell this, as a product.. honestly ::) *cough*

Another unique game that I found only today seem to be Loast in the blue.
It's an unusual adventure where you find yourself stranded on a desert island and you have to manage to survive.
I don't know how goot it's actually gonna be, but from what I've seen during my half an hour gameplay looks like a terrific adventure.
And you do have to use the NDS hardware to the fullest.
For example I had to start a fire by quickly pressing L and R and then as the fire was starting up I had to blow air into the microphone just like you do with a real fire!!!
I't another example oh good original games that you can't find on any other platform. Plus it's an adventure game , and I haven't being playing those in years......
I love DS.

"......I love DS."
I went from DS to PSP and now back to my DS.. Just something about "touching" i love.
Btw. does the whole lost game save happen often with the MK2/3?
-
It never happened to me, honestly.
I only loose data when I format the SD, but before I do, I copy the whole content to the PC in a backup folder. So no matter what, I never loose a save.
On the other side it's actually possible to loose the latest file.
In fact, the save file of the game that you are currently playing is stored on the MK3 on board memory. It should stay there for about a week according to the specification. However when you boot a different game, the menu prompts you to backup the save on the SD where it should be safe for as long as you want. Now if you fail to press A, the new game will lunch and your save file will be gone !!!
So it's up to you.
When I finish to play after a long session, just to make sure , I always backup the save right away, by booting another game. I don't trust the MK memory !!!

Ive actually found out what happend.. meep
See, when you go into Phoenix Wright, its noted in the MK_save file, that Phoenix Wright have been used.. aka want to save.. BUT!.. if you just play the game, without pressing start, and then save afterwards.. there's no progress to save.. if you get what I mean..
Then, when you turn the game on, the next time.. its offering you to save the game to a savefile by pressing A.. I did so ( it was 1 day later ) .. then it saved the.. yeah.. "none progress" savegame = I LOST -ALL- OF MY PROGRESS!! :'(
... if I just pressed start, and saved... everything would have been fine..
-
I experienced this too, another thing is if you take out the MK3 while the game's still running if you save your progress it'll erase your save, so don't take it out on your ds when you lose :(

wait for the next menu... saving is messed up right now, and they're aware of the issues
