I would appreciate a full compatibility list from you on what roms are supported
(with Gst or ndstool patches)

You can flash only a single  game to the cartridge using GST_MK2_Patcher-V3.4R.

ndstool. Is used to compress roms in order to increase the compatiblity of direct boot. You can learn more about ndstool from here: http://www.neoflash.com/forum/index.php/topic,1362.0.html :P

Actually he should only use that if hes using 0.3 since 0.4 and 0.5 have a lower compatibility than 0.3 and certain games like Super Princess Peach and Mario and Luigi Partners in Time willl not work at all.

What's the difference between GST and ndstool.
GST patcher patches the ROM files to run from a GBA cart.

NDStool is a homebrew app, that can extract and build NDS filesystems (it is not a trimmer, but it has that effect anyway)

Cory said you can get DBZ supersonic warriors 2 working with gst-patcher 3.4

This is not the same as gst-patcher 3.4r (the most recent one) -- it doesn't work there
