Hi,

I just received a MK3 2006 (menu v0.4) and I encounter some strange experiments.

1) The homebrew game Antarex given on the cd-rom does not work well. The loading stage is OK but but when it starts the stylus screen does not respond.

2) Then I try DSLinux. The loading stage (in MK3 mem) is OK. When it starts almost all the time the srens come to white and ds seems to stop. I succeed to start dslinux only one time but the stylus screen does not respond too.

3) I tested some other rom where all was OK.

Is there any chance for seeing dslinux works with menu 0.5 or 0.6 ?

It seems to be a bug in menu 0.4 that makes the touch screen not to respond when running homebrew roms. This will probably be fixed in future versions.

if you can i would update to 0.5 menu or wait for 0.6.

you should be able to update your NEO-KEY by the Slimloader.

No, you cannot update the NeoKey yet. Neo PowerKit 2.2 should be able to. 2.1 or lower does not support NeoKey and there likely a bug that is making 2.1 not see the slim loader 4. They are working to fix the bug and add the NeoKey to supported devices, so release should not be far off.

So I want to make sure I understand, there is nothing I can do with my NeoKey right now?

umm yer not much - if it has 0.4 or 0.4a it should work good

Dont know how well it would work, but you can probably boot later menus off the SD card, and start up with the NeoKey...
