Title: Mario Kart DS Problem
Post by: bfh99 on February 17, 2006, 06:31:24 PM
im having problems making mario kart ds work using sd card. im running menu 0.4a i think. i trimmed mario kart to 24 mb. i used the sd card etc etc. i start to play it and then the nintendo sign comes up with the sound very hazy and fuzy that all you hear is a noise i cant make out properly. it freezes thhere and never comes to the mario kart menu. i rested it yet it still didnt wotk. i then flashed the mario kart that is not trimmed and the same proccess happens again. i look at the size of the flashed mario kart in the neo/xg file and it says its 24mb when it should be 32mb.  ::sm-04:: ::sm-04:: ::) ::) ??? ??? lol i like using these emotions. plz help thankx

Don't try to trim the rom down, it sounds like you've done something wrong.
Try a clean, unpatched Mario Kart DS and see if that helps.

There's a partial SD compatibility listing (using a previous menu release).  SD card compatibility basically hasn't changed, so there's a lot of improvement to be made in that area.
