Yeah, that's going to be really hard to find (maybe you can find it on Ebay or something).

The XG2 Turbo 2005 1024 Mb should basically be equivalent to the Neoflash 1024.  You may be able to find one of those instead

They are basically identical as far as I know (mk3 and sd card should treat a xg2 turbo 1024 the same as a neoflash 1024).

I'm not sure of the best place to purchase it online.  If I find a link, I'll come back and post it here.

130 us dollars at divineo cn.

if you dont want the mk1 or the slim-loader iii that comes with it,throw them away.

i havent been able to do anything with the mk1,but my 512 mk3 came today(finally),so i guess i dont need to figure it out anyway...

the price, considering that you can change the battery, seems about right(pretty low actually)for a 1g cart.

DONT run bleach ds(it screwed up my kingston 1g SD)-but the larger cart DOES increase compatibility(based on size-issues,i guess)

Honestly, theres not a lot i can help you with(what works for me does not always work for others,go figure)but as far as BUYING this stuff, trust me.divineo will have your order to you before you can blink.

I don't mean to keep advertising other products not made by neo-team, but since 1Gig carts are hard to find, it seems the only alternative.
What I'm talking about is this "supercard" I keep hearing about.
It's pretty much a GBA flash cart that takes SD cards, so the size is only limited by the size of the SD cart, which come in some pretty big sizes.
I haven't tested it myself, but it's another option I suppose.

Yeah, I couldn't find it again when I checked various sites.  Divineo China is best place I've found so far for 1 gig neo carts (though still very expensive).

Like Kushan says, supercard is one alternative.  Looks like compatibility is high as well (even with 1 gig roms)

I've been thinking of getting a supercard for a while now, I'll see how well it works with the MK3 lol.

"              "(the sound of my hair falling to the floor after i ripped it out)
ok,i have given someone else a hard time for being"mean"on this site,so id better not start. :)

Neo Flash Linker inc. 1G Cartridge
 $ 139.95
This is at divineo cn.it does come with a mk1 and a slim-loader3(+usb extension cable)

However,to compare other flash products, and to look at the "more technology(size,in this case),more cost"scale[not really a scale,i made it up :)]the price does not seem too bad.

I am certainly not poor, but also certainly not rich.wife,3 kids, all that stuff.
unless you are rich, you gotta prioritize.if you really love the games(we all do,i know!!!!!)140.00 is a months cellphone and satellite bill(or whatever else you love)
Make the sacrafice.

(all this technology, you'd think i knew how to run a spell check!! :))

Yeah, good points, Roger..

I think people mention supercard just as one possible alternative.  Various users own several different products.  It never hurts to share information about inherent strengths/weaknesses with each.

ok,ive been trying to hold this one back.
one time, about 2 years ago,i was mowing my yard.i looked down where i had mowed, and there was a cute little turtle!so small(about the size of a US Half-Dollar Coin) that i mowed right over it,no damage.

Well,i decided to keep my little turtle, even though it was kinda brown, kinda ugly.

By an odd sort of coincidence,I named him NEO.this sucker was so small,it still had an egg tooth and was heading down to water.

I now have what amounts to an agressive, finger chewing, almost adult SNAPPING TURTLE(Chelydra Serpentina)

This stupid turtle thinks I'm his(he's a he)MOTHER!!!
I cant get rid of him, because my family and i love him.and he's about to outgrow a large aquarium.I am seriously considering digging a pond outside, with a "chickenwire" fence next summer.

ANYWAY-right around that time,i stumbled across VBA,MAME,visual Pinball(which would be crazy-unreal on NDS.im a tech-stupid,but i dont think its possible!?!),stuff like that.

My product loyalty wasnt actually in question, but asyoucansee,it is guided by coincidence.

I hope this was good for a laugh.
Heres the proof(in a ****py,old picture-some proof,i know)My wife has a better camera now,probably where my notorious Kingston 1g SD will wind up(heeey..)

thanks.gotta love the turtles.

OMGOMG-the"turtle"analogy had not occured to me until now!!!!
You have to understand, snappers are aquatic, and very very fast.
Kind of like working at a prison, then starting to believe everyone in the world is mean(cause that would be all you ever saw),i am accustomed to thinking of a turtle as"fast"oops.

Sorry,Dr. NEO.

Just so you know, the XG cards have a brittle plastic case (mine cracked 1/2 up the backside the first time I put it in my DS) and some of the SMT components were not solder bathed on like the Neo 1gig (in other words, under the hood they were not put together the same, and even the hood of the Neo carts is much more resilient).

Very shortly after the NeoFlash 1gig started selling, XG stopped restocking the 1gig turbo/1g 2005 carts to resellers; likely because they did indeed work just like a Neo 1gig, but for less than 1/2 of the initial 1gig offering at $250USD.

I always thought it was a shady move, but I did finally get to see the internal differences between the XG2005 512 and NeoFlash 512, and the fact of the matter is without opening up my XG 512 and doing some tinkering with poorly solder'd components I doubt it would be working at all today. The Neo carts are indeed manufactured much better, and likely have a lower failure rate than the XG's because of this ~ although, the slim loader manufacturing seems to not have improved much at all.

rogerpoco: we used to find huge wild turtles (about 1.5-2 feet long) on the road up to my grandmothers place in the BC mountains when I was much younger. They were never fast, but they shure were mean.

BOBLEN!!!!Wow!Just noticed that when you said something.(i use hi-speed dial up-loss of picture quality)

I have decided to let coincidence run my life from here.i think there was a book about that sometime.

Very cool.turtles.

And an Aussie!theres a lady i work with on fri.nights, and educational programming here(US)leads us to believe that every single back-yard down under is rife with danger(common browns,funnel-webs,iraconji).anyway,her and her husband handle wild animal control for our county, and she is obsessed with Australians.

And a Canadian!!!(at least someone who has visited there!!! :))
Ive seen both sides of the US\Canada bash party.all i know is,Brett Hart rules,Dave Foley is the funniest guy on tv.dont know much about it,but i understand Canada has awesome Health-Care(im a nurse),G4 tv,beautiful trains, and a neat sociological"experiment"in BC.

Most turtles have a bite force similar to a snapping turtle, they are just not quite as agressive.Aquatic turtles cannot retreat fully into their shells, hence the agression.Soft-shell turtles realize they have essentially no protection at all,and they are pretty mean as well.

wow.wow.(i stay home a lot.i feel like i just traveled the world.)

off topic-sorry,just excited.

If you havent already, read the Dark Tower series by Stephen King, some good allusions to turtles in there... (way off topic though)

You might also consider the mk3 1024 that is supposed to come out in the near future, or they may be working on a successor to the 512 neomax flashcart as well.  The newer products might possibly be cheaper than a 1 gig Neoflash.
