Title: how do i run ds with magic key 1

ok so i finally got my gba things too work so im happy i cant get any of the homebrew to work (ie. pocket nes) but thats not my biggest concern

so i have power pro kit 2.2 and now im trying to play ds i flash the rom on to my 512 cartridge with slim loader with power pro 2.2 and i make sur im in ds mode first by double clicking the ds mode.bat

 i get every thing done and i cant load a ds game when i have the magic key in the ds with the original ds game it wont even pass the advisory screen were it allows you to pick ds or gba. so than i asumed ok ill wait to but the original ds game in till the part were i load the ds game. so i put it in than click the load butoon(a) and nothing just a black screen

Have you patched the rom using the GST patcher?

ok i did that but it just stays whit on both screens my ds is the mariokart one it says [6] as the back number and i did the picto chat thing and both screens are yellow

unfortunately you have a ds with a newer firmware. You'll have to use a passme2 or passkey2 to install flashme or to install the older firmware in order to use the MK1 with your DS.

You should probably research this first before you go ahead and buy it.  It's not exactly simple to do if this is all new to you.
