Title: uploading sav. to Original NDS cart?

Hey, I just wanted to know how i can upload a NDS save i'v downloaded from the net and upload into a original DS cartridge using my mk3? eg. i want to upload a Mario Kart Sav. file i'v downloaded onto my original Mario Kart DS cartridge.
