I have my neoflash MK1 and on some games it wont save my progress. Nintendogs works just fine but everything else does not. Can some one tell me how i can fix this?
thanks

Did you try NeoMax?
I am using MK3, so I didn't try, but I think that MK1 does not have SD slot, so your save data is in the neoflash.

What is neomax? And where can i get it?

Neomax is a program similar to Neo Power Kit. It supports gba roms, and has limited support for nds roms. It can be found here:

How are you saving your progress?? Are you saving to the original ds cartridge or the gba flashcart??? If you are saving to the ds cartridge in your magic key, you have to match the size of the save (of the rom you are running) to the size of the save used by the ds cartridge. If you are saving to the gba flashcart, saving can be unreliable (saves can get corrupted/lost).
Also, a lot of the newer roms apparently aren't working on the mk1 (it's unfortunately no longer supported).

Im saving to the gba cart. I'll try and see if neomax helps. It sucks that neoflash just abandoned mk1 users. I feel like I wasted my money.

u can just buy an mk3

Will that fix my saving problem? Could that also get metroid hunters to work as well? What if i just use flashme?
-
The mk3 has a completely different saving system (there are still bugs in the menu, though, and newer roms, such as Metroid Prime Hunter don't work yet). If I were to upgrade, I would wait for mk4 or neo2 to see how they perform...
Have you tried nds saves with your mk1??? They are generally more reliable than gba saves.
Flashme will just eliminate the requirement of having the magic key 1 in the ds slot.
