hi people
please don't shoot me down for what could be a really dumb question :)
I own an original 1gigabit mk1 + neoflash (from the first batch released ages ago). I use it successfully with my first gen nds (using flashme) and the gst rom patcher.
I've now got a nds lite and i've given the original to my girl friend. I know that the passme mk1 won't work with the lite, but my questions are:
1\ what can I use to flash the lite with the new flashme v7? as I understand it supports lite AND neoflash cards. any recommendations for a cheap passme2 or such?
2\ if i do manage to flash it, can i use my neoflash to play games just like the old nds? or are there any further complications?
hope that all made sense? and thanx in advance for any replies :)

Sure, you should be able to use your ds lite just like the original after you install flashme (since it's a hacked, older firmware). I don't think flashme V.7 has support for the adjustable brightness levels, though (you might need to wait for the next version to be released).
You can basically use any passme2 compatible device... www.dspassme.com sells one that should works fine. Also, you can buy commercial versions, such as Superpass2, Passkey2, etc. that basically serve the same purpose.
See Requirement #2 in the FAQ for an overview of the process..
