 ;) How Did the Neoflash team Come up with the Idea to make Magic Key's and other GBA,PSP,Snes,DS Homebrew Products?

by copying the homebrewers who do it open sourced for non profit.

...unfortunately open-sourcers expect you to build your own from scratch...
