Question
« on: August 25, 2006, 11:40:59 AM »
Hi, I was wondering what this product does? Does it let us play put backups of our games onto it and then play it on the N64? Also is the project still alive? I'm confused about much of the talk like dvds being used and all, isn't it just a cart that gets pluged into the n64 and has connects to the pc via usb?

you're right, you can download back-ups from the internet.
and then put them on the inner flash of the device through usb, or by putting it on a sd cart and use that with the neo2, maybe both, that is not known.

first there whas a product announced where you don't need an neo2.
than another thing that you need an neo2, we don't know what exactly will be made, maybe both, maybe only the last.

At the current rate the most probable thing is they'll do NOTHING AT ALL.
This project seems to be quite dead. It's been soooooo long since Dr Neo even comes to say anything here...

Would be cool if it came out, I'd definitely buy at least one if not two just to show a little bit of support.  Hmm.. I see they keep working on sega genesis adapters, no clue why that is.   There's already enough genesis and snes flash devices available, kinda a bit late though..I wanted a snes flash unit back in 1998.
