NSF Save files...help please??

I want to use the AC map editor so I can get some animal crossing wild world things, but I am having a problem. I need a *.bin save file, or a *.sav file for it, and when I try to get it out with my NEO Power Kit, all I get is a .nsf file. I tried using eTool but I don't understand. Please help ASAP!! Thanks!!

Here are the steps you need to take.

1) run etool alone from the flash cart without the menu
2) when it starts eject the MK and insert animal crossing
3) refresh the id and then copy eeprom to sram
4) use npk and copy the sram save
5) use Etxtract from etools on the nsf file and use the map editor on the new file
7) now use ETcreate on the edited save
8) now set NPK to reburn etool but don't burn it yet
9) set the saver type to "SRAM" and the "saver size" to 512
10) restore the the output file you got from ETcreate
11) burn it to the cart
12) start etool and as before remove the MK and insert AC
13) refresh id and then copy sram to eeprom

If all went well it should have worked. You may want to keep a copy of your original nsf file just in case something goes wrong.

Umm...well I tried what you said  and it made the 64KB file, but it's a .out file and I need a .sav, .duc, .bin, or .dat.....sorry, I don't understand things sometimes...

Just rename the .out to .sav
