No, Neo Power kit doesn't have specific game settings..  If rom isn't working, it's generally a compatibility issue cause by the software (if bugs are reported, they try to fix them in later releases)

When I turn on the DS after flashing the Rom and then Menu v.04 to the cart I can touch the screen and a menu pops up..that is what I am reffering to....the "framesync" settings and pre-amp stuff doesnt do anything...

N64 only possible with very hard coding and using NDS hardware (may not even be possible). If it runs it wont run that well. Similar to PS1 on the PSP its possible but atm its 1fps+ and it will be a long time before we see rom support.

Seriously Gamecube on a DS? LMAO not only is Gamecube 5x faster then the DS but if we could (and we cant) we wouldnt be able to play the games. The DS dose NOT have analog sticks making it unplayable without touchscreen emu.
