Where else I can download FlashMe v6?

I wonder if anyone know another link that I can get it from, or if you can send me?

I have a New DS, I mean ones with new firmware, it gives me the yellow screen with the test. So I need to flash my firmware with passMe2 before using the Neo Max Kit 1Gb package.

I got everything ready, only the firmware is missing, please lend me a hand.
