Please dont start 2 threads about the same thing.

I am assuming you are using NPK 2.1 with a slim loader 3 and a NeoFlash cart (not a NeoMax cart)?

If you upgraded from a previous version of Neo Power Kit (and didn't uninstall the old one before upgrading), the problem might be fixed by following cory's re-installation guide here:

http://www.neoflash.com/forum/index.php/topic,1569.0.html

If you are going to do this, you might as well install the latest Neo Power Kit 2.2 (for SL3):

http://www.neoflash.com/forum/index.php/topic,1700.msg10651.html#msg10651

If this is a new installation (i.e. you have never gotten NPK to function properly), then it's generally an issue with your usb ports.  Try all the main ones in the back of the motherboard (disconnecting the other device if it's a side-by-side pair, for example).  Don't use front usb ports, or the usb extension cord that comes with the Slimloader (weakens the signal).

If none of this works, a usb 2.0 pci card (very inexpensive) or usb 2.0 hub generally resolves the problem (as it provides more stable power and improved filtering, relative to the motherboard's usb)

You can also go back to a previous version of Neo Power Kit (assuming you upgraded) in order to help determine if it's a software or hardware issue.

If you can't get anything to flash correctly without freezing, I would suggest trying a usb 2.0 pci card.

Sorry for double post but I've a question, again.

I've patch this game with GST 3.1, and can't save. NDS doesn't work, GBa doesn't work too. I've tried al my orginal games.

Super Mario 64DS, Nintendogs Chihuaua, BombermanDS, Metroid Prime Hunters Demo and Rayman.

So my question is, how can I save?

It could be an issue with the patcher itself since I heard it doesn't work well with all the new roms out there.  The problem is that patcher is no longer updated for mk1 users (they stopped updating the rom database a long time ago)

For nds_save, I assume you are matching the size of the save of the rom you are running to the save size on your original nds cartridge.  For gba_saves, those are known to not work well (saves can become corrupted, unless they are the 2mbit ones)

Yeah, unfortunately they stopped doing that.  If your ds works fine with the older roms (use nds saves if possible), but it's just the new ones causing problems, I would guess it's due to the patcher.

However, the neomax software should be updated again (to support commercial nds roms), so hopefully mk1 users will be able to use that as a viable alternative.

Yeah,

Mk2/mk3 users have been waiting as well for all the bugs/compatibility issues to be resolved.
