Hoy

1. Is this the final results? Results should delay 2 days and then it was posted 2 hours later, what happend?

2. What is actually judged? Do you just care about how fun it is?

3. Is it even legal to steal graphics from commercial games like some entries do? I don't care personally if you credit the original author.

4. How can totally ripped game ideas get so high??

5. I think that in an NDS compo its important to make use of the hardware
Its not that many games that even use the touch screen, mic or something useful at the other screen (other screen, well we don't ^^).

congratulations to Lira, Bodom, Milpool!

Hmm.. I wonder.. would you send out MK2's for the rest of us, now that you know we're NDS developers? .. or will we have to apply for it in the topic "Free MK2 for Developers" ?

yes don't need apply again because you enter the compo already.
we will send MK2 to all enteries even they don't in top10  8)

It's really great. I'm really very happy to see my game second.

It's the first game I've coded (I use to code Windows applications), and when I started it I would never think it'd finish second (I also never thought to present it at the compo ^^).

It's just so great!!

And congratulations to all others entries!  ;D

I don't understand as well. Theses vote are a shame! A real shame!

How can AFKIM be placed before FileAssistant++ for example?

Sorry Danzel, but in AFKIM, you need 15 minutes to write a single phrase => it has no utility. I don't understand how people can vote for it, except if the results are corrupted or they didn't tested it (which is 99.99999% likely, looking at the results). It's a good software, but it merits in no way to be first IMHO.

Also, FA++ is so good, has so many features, and it was the first to be there! So many programmers used its source code. I mean, it IS useful for the developpment community, which AFKIM isn't at all. And I tought it was the goal of a contest like this, to make the dev community to advance. But I was wrong.

Also, most entries violated the GNU GPL because they were using GPL code and didn't release their source code.

Shame on you neoflash judges!
And last thing, at the next compo, I'll quickly program a buggy and incomplete RPG because I really want an XBOX.

My votes went to Gwoin for GameboxDS and to GPF for his amazing C64 emulator and I'm really glad they both win a prize!  :)

eeerm? but so will we?
you guys really make no sense to me
so you judge on what the game will become? then I really think we should have gotten a higher rank haha

Not saying anything bad about liras game, but the judge(s) sure display odd behavior.

I judge game on 2 main part : fun and coding.

Lira's game is buggy and incomplete, BUT it's a really good job (We don't see a lot of homebrew RPG going so far) so he get a good mark. RapiDSis "complete" but 100% funless so he don't enter my top 10.

That all.
