« on: April 06, 2006, 02:32:27 AM »
I want to buy a 2 gig memory card for the mk3 2006 ,but what kind is better a mmc card a sd card of a sd card 80x or higher.
Because a tried a 512 mb 80x sd card from somebody but this kind of card gives more white screens then the mmc card from my phone.
So is there somebody who knows what's the best for the mk3 2006

I use a Sandisk SD card myself, as they are supposedly known for reliability.

The speed of the SD card shouldn't make a whole lot of difference, as the reading rate on a standard SD card should be more than adequate.  You will still experience excess loading times if running roms directly from the sd card, no matter what type you purchase (as you probably have seen, that's a menu issue that still needs resolution)

I would personally go with a reliable card, and a more common brand name (since lesser known ones may not have yet been tested as being compatible with the menu)

yeah, the Adata one is included with the neo-max set, so it should have good compatibility.  It's the Adata Myflash 60x version....
