something that has just occured me: Mk4-SD is a prize, but is it going to be launched before August 30th, the time when the prizes will be shipped? I don't think so, it's been sometime since I've last heard of it. What other prize would take it's place?

The Revolution would not be released either...  I am pretty sure they'll just be delaying the shipping until release for those items that are obviously not available... It would make sense

when will we know the results? is the open vote part of the point system? I don't think it's fair enough, I mean, the best one can be chosen by the public, but the other 9 get disadvantage, because you only choose one. maybe a game, in most people's head, is'nt like number 1, but is number four, so this game will never get any vote, but would REALLY be like the 4th place.

not to say the friendship, hehe. just ask a friend of yours and s/he will vote for you!

Votes don't completely decide the winners, they are just one part of the process.
There are judges who do most of the ranking.

I read somewhere the votes only count for 20% of the score...so, I dont' really think its a huge deal.  Genneraly, the most favored game will get the lead in the polls, so they will get the extra points to get an advantage of becomming number one,w hile everyone else wont...so...everyone else will be equal.

Though, the poll can be sort of rigged....I will admit..it's not the fairest thing in the world.

20% isn't "only" in my opinion...

what I meant is, this vote will only be "fair" for the ones that will be on the top list, anyway. for example, someone could think that a game should not be the 1st, but would be on the top 10. actually a lot of people could think that. in the end, the votes for the people near the bottom on the top 10 list (the ones who will get points from public vote) will only be from friends and alike. and the ones who have got more friends will be the one to get the extra points (may be only 20%, but in the end it's the difference between a winner and a looser).

well, but that's just my point of view, I agree that the public vote would be considered on the final result, but on the way it is, it's just not fair IMO...
