we have announced at last NEO compo,said the top 10 winner for each division can become the next NEO compo judger,so here is some rules:
[1] you must be the top 10 winner of last compo
[2] you don't enter this NEO spring compo 2007
[3] you must review all entries and give out your judgment,we will use for refer and help to make the final judge.
[4] if you join the NEO compo judger team but don't finish your judgment,we will cancel you qualification forever.
