Who killed his Flashcard?
« on: August 07, 2008, 10:31:37 PM »
Hi,
already heard by two developers that they killed/nearly killed her flashcard, cause they need to pull the flashcard of the DS, copy game to flash card and plug the card back into DS, very often in the last weeks.

Who killed his flashcard for this compo?

Yep, slot-2 is the only way to go when you're testing.  My Supercard SD feels like it will go on forever.

Ah, yeah, I killed a whole bunch of flashcards like that. About 4 or 5 I believe. Last month also, I killed my micro SD -> SD adapter, which delayed the development of my game by a few weeks. :/

I think i killed mine in a strange way, my computer doesn't recognise it. However it seems to work on other systems.

I have a supercard sd and acekard rpg... both have been plugged in and out more than a thousand times  ;D  I really like my supercard sd, but I have to say that slot 1 with usb & internal memory is very fast and convenient.

I recently broke the plastic case protecting the mini-usb plug but its hanging in there :)
