1. The splash screen will be chosen in about a week and a half.
So , you either wait for the neo team to pick the best splash or , pick one temporary from here:

I must say that scenebeta is an spanish speakers community... spanish language homebrews I think will be best rated........ but It's my opinion

The Deadline is August 20th. In what timezone? I'm just wondering if it's August 20th 12:00 AM (GMT + 8:00) or just August 20th 12:00 AM (GMT). Or if we can submit as long as it's still August 20th somewhere in the world.

We retain full rights to the programs we enter right? I'm sure the answer is yes, but I'm pretty cautious about things like that.

The final question is about the source code. I understand that we don't have to make it public, but is it required that we PM it to you? I had trouble understanding the way that part of the description was worded.

I think i can answer these questions , since they've been asked many times:

1) Your country's timezone , when you see the clock reaching 23:59 , that is!
Most devs usually release some beta versions a day or two before the deadline...And they try to take advantage
of the last few hours just to release a more polished version!.

You don't have to release source code.  I doubt anyone will give you more votes for releasing source code but it can't hurt.

You keep all rights but sometimes neoflash will bundle your entry on a CD with one of their devices.

I thought by entering we surrendered all rights to the submitted program to Neoflash; so that they may sell it or use it commercially alongside one of their products. I might be wrong, though.

Well if you made it from scratch then you still own and can release it or sell or do what you want with it but yes you do give Neoflash permission to include your entry with their products.

Actually, you can enter as long as it's the 20th somewhere in the world (i mean, until 11h59PM on the 20th, not the 19th).
