Thanks for everyone's answers and I swear I'm not trying to be obtuse, but I'm still not 100% sure on the date, even with the edit made to Sektor's post. Can I be absolutely sure I have another day and that I can work on the 20th, and submit it before the 21st? Or must I submit before the 20th meaning I have less than 24 hours from now to work on it? Because it drastically affects what I'll be able to get done. I suppose I'll end up submitting something before the 20th just to be safe, but it'll be missing a big thing I have planned. (Though I'm not sure I'll get the big thing done anyway.)

What if someone just so happens to be on vacation and it just so happens that the timezone he is in is an hour slower than his timezone and he, therefore, has one hour more before midnight... in theory?
