So here are my three entries. Still havn't won me anything, so let's try again.

Gorilla:

Enhanced remake of the old qbasic classic. Monkeys that shoot bananas!

Nibbles:

Enhanced remake of the old qbias classic number two. Worm eats fruit. Yum

Tetris:

Tetris for DS, big (literally) upgrade from the first homebrew DS game created

NDS for wifi and emus (although not all seem to support them), and .ds.gba for neoflash/flashcarts.

Put them all in one file, too much hastle to make a topic for each one.

I think your winning right now.
If you could add 2 player to all the above, that would take the cake.
but i haven't seen working wifi 2player homebrew yet..?

I think you could use afew more classics but I just can't think of any, off the top my head, that haven't been done commercialy already. :P

Nibbles looks so cool! thx!

Thanks. Unfortunatly there arn't any wifi code yet. But I have already plans for it when it becomes avaible, especially Tetris. (I've designed modes for it, not like regular play)

I was going to do Double Bubble, but couldn't get it done in time. Here's a screenshot anyway :P

Yeah, I prefer the oldschool version :) Btw, all three of the games above support two player one way or the other on one DS.

If nothing else, you desparately need to refine the controls of tetris.  After the intial pause, you need to slow down the repeat rate a bit.  and also slow down the fall rate when the player presses down.  Other than that.. well, it's tetris.

gorilla's ;)  would be better if I had another player around, kinda makes me think of worms

snake: fun mode is challenging in a bad way (make you so fast you run into walls) and regular mode needs better hit detection.  also you should stop the snake from making instant turns, it should have a maximum turn radius so it doesn't bump its head into its neck when trying to simply turn (did you play the snake game in time splitters 2?  kinda like that).

The keyrepeat is set to the same speed as level 10, the same as fast drop mode does. Just like the original Tetris which the rules are based on. I still agree though :P

Don't see how the hitdetection in Nibbles is bad though, it's as accurate as I can get it, theoretically. Fun mode is just for fun, and people have been able to play up to level 8 in regular mode, so it's not impossible :P

As for instant turns, I guess I could set a limit, but it's the players responsibility to not hit themselves.

But it's your responsibility to make a fun, intuitive experience.  There's no reason for the player to ever make a 180 because he will always run into himself.  So you should create a maximum turn radius that prevents the player from doing that!

The bottom screen of Gorrilas looks almost identical to Guru Guru Nagetto.
