Haven't checked it out on emulator but at offsets :
0x20 - 0x30 it says "Dr. Neo Menu Demo".

At 0x2BA4 - 0x2D42 it has the font charset.

At 0x1528 - 0x15AF it has this static block/array ->
MP2.Z64 -
Mario Party 2.
HERC.Z64 -
Hercules.
DKR.Z64 -
Diddy Kong Racing.
DM64.Z64 -
Dr. Mario 64....        
..Time:.          
..Iters:.

After 0x2F86 is full of zeros.

So does it really work or it boots and displays this static list?

I think this is a mock-up someone made while waiting for the N64 Myth to come out. Clearly, unless they worked with Dr. Neo and crew, they wouldn't have a prototype N64 Myth, or even info on how it works.

I haven't gotten my package yet, but it may be in today's mail. I'll be check that in about 5 hours.

Well, the number one question I have to start is how big can the N64 menu be? On the MD Myth, we were only allowed 64KB, which really hampered things. The menu that we now know Dr Neo did back in 2006 is 2MB long, so does the N64 Myth Menu allow us all 2MB?

Given it does allow us that much room, I propose we use a "consolidated" menu, using the same menu as with the Enhanced menu for the MD Myth. The main interface to the user will be the same, and most of the options will be the same, so we should try to share the code between the two where we can to cut down on development time and errors. We can have an API for accessing the Myth cart that will be different for the MD Myth and N64 Myth, but the main menu will be all the same C code.

Obviously, drawing stuff will be different as well, so we need a system specific API for the menu as well. If we do this right, we could have a menu that could conceivably be used on almost any console. Not to mention, keeping the menu the same for different consoles makes it easier on folks who get the Myth for multiple systems.

Yeah the logic will be the same , so just the renderer and events will have to be different.
If we use ELIB , then this can be done very easily with signal callbacks/events with data ;D!

Honestly i can't wait to see your project progressing again! It is a great lesson by itself 8)
