Just tried it out, nothing changed. I formatted it in standard mode and could not add conker, saying there is not enough space free (510 / 512MBit). Reformatted it again, still no luck. At the third time it worked once.

Sin & Punishment works perfectly on my japanese N64, I have a 6105 CIC soldered in the N64 Myth and no boot cart.

What save settings did you use when burning?

Maybe your S&P Rom is faulty?

I also tried backing up and restoring a save game for Perfect Dark.
It also worked flawlessly. I used the newest V2.99 App.
First I marked the Perfect Dark Rom on the list in the V2.99 App, then I clicked Backup Save, the save now is in C:\NEO2 Ultra Menu\N64. I loaded the save with an emulator, it worked perfectly.
Then I formatted the N64 Myth Cart, flashed the Perfect Dark rom, then market it and clicked DownLoad Save and selected the Perfect Dark.eep file in C:\NEO2 Ultra Menu\N64.
As I stated above it worked flawlessly.

Thanks a lot for answering me.
My rom come form the Goodset Nintendo64 3.14, and it worked on a Z64.
I'll try with the new 2.99 APP and with your settings.

Hello all, here is my report. I hope that some of Neo Team will read.

FIRST TEST:
So, I made this tests with:
Perfect Dark (E) (M5) [!].z64
Tsumi to Batsu - Hoshi no Keishousha (J) [!].z64
both from GoodN64 3.14,
Nintendo 64 NUS-001(FRA) (Pal)
Nintendo 64 NUS-001(JPN) (NTSC)

and for boot:
Donkey Kong 64 NUS-NDOP-EUR (EUR)
Donkey Kong 64 NUS-NDOJ-JPN (JPN)

And results:
Working:
Perfect Dark (E) on N64 FRA with DK64 EUR
Tsumi (J) on N64 JPN with DK64 JPN
Not Working:
Perfect Dark (E) on N64 JPN with DK64 JPN
Perfect Dark (E) on N64 JPN with DK64 EUR
Tsumi (J) on N64 FRA with DK64 JPN
Tsumi (J) on N64 FRA with DK64 EUR

SECOND TEST
These two roms
Perfect Dark (U) (V1.1) [!].z64
Perfect Dark (J) [!].z64

, three consoles:
NUS-001 (FRA)
NUS-001 (EUR)
NUS-001 (JPN)

, two boot game
Donkey Kong 64 NUS-NDOP-EUR (EUR)
Donkey Kong 64 NUS-NDOJ-JPN (JPN)

Results: I can't play these games on any PAL consoles (FRA or EUR) ; but they boot on the Japan console.

So we (european) need 2 Nintendo 64 to use any game, one NTSC for US an Japan Games, and one for European games.
I own a Z64 and it made the console "region free".
Is it possible for the Neo Myth Card ?

You could try to patch NTSC roms with PALadin.

Also when the SD Menu is available maybe there will be something like an integrated patch system? That would really be cool.  :)

Thanks again sanni for all your help !
I managed to play Tsumi and it's really great.
But for my NTSC PAL problem..
I downloaded your utils and tried to convert the rom. I can't see if the rom is realy converted since it doesn't change the rom name.
The "patched" rom doesn't work on my N64 FRA. It does the same : black/grey screen.
Do you ever use PALadin ?

I did solder a 6105 CIC(NTSC) in my Neo Myth Cart so now I can't use any Pal Roms anymore. I kinda didn't think that one through :-\
I never used PALadin, I only read that it was used often back then.

In PALadin, there is an option that disable the "region check". I thought that it would deprotect the game.
So I tried with Tsumi and Perfect Dark.
These games are region protected ?
Mr Conle, did you ever tested any PAL games on NTSC consoles ?
I'm not for sure the only one who tried to play NTSC games on PAL console.
I can't see anywhere someone talking about this issue.
If you, Dr neo or ChillyWilly, read this message too, have you ever tested this ?

but i wanna say and say again:
Thank you all for this amazing  job ! I waited the last 12 years for such an item :)

Here are the Pinouts, so far it works:

A CIC-NUS-6105 boot chip, for my japanese N64, was soldered to the Myth Cart with PIN 14 lifted and therefore not connected to the Myth Card but wired to the switch.

A second CIC for my PAL N64, a 7105, was placed beside the myth pcb and connected as follow:
Pin 16(7105) to Pin 16(6105)
Pin 15(7105) to Pin 15(6105)
Pin 14(7105) wired to the switch
Pin 13(7105) an Pin 13(6105)
Pin 11(7105) an Pin 11(6105)
Pin 9(7105) an Pin 9(6105)

Neo Myth PCB:
Pin 14(Myth PCB) wired to the switch

Switch:
wire from Pin 14(6105)
wire from Pin 14(Myth PCB)
wire from Pin 14(7105)

If the wire from Pin 14(6105) is connected to the wire from Pin 14(Myth PCB) the 6105 cic is active and you can use the Neo Myth Cart with a NTSC N64.
If the wire from Pin 14(7105) is connected to the wire from Pin 14(Myth PCB) the 7105 cic is active and you can use the Neo Myth Cart with a PAL N64.
If none is conected the CIC from a cartridge on the back of the Myth Modul is used

For sure it's a great great work !
But it means that the Neo Myth Card doesn't "unlock" the region protection.
And I would like to add that it means we must have two console, one NTSC and one PAL. As far as i remember, the Z64 from Bung Enterprise (that I own but it's very well boxed so i would'nt test it again unless it's really usefull) can play any rom on any console (at least I played Tsumi no Batsu on a PAL console).
I'm not a coder or a programmer so I wouldn't criticize at all. But if it's possible for the Z64, maybe one day it would be possible for the Myth Card.
Like I told you earlier, I'm french and many people from forums wait and see to buy this wonderfful item. If playing NTSC roms on, PAL console became possible, it would open a great european market.
I cross my finger =) (I apologize for any kind of bad english).
