Should i recall your company policy ?

Q: How about the guarantee term?
A: IC2005.com can offer you one year guarantee after you bought any item from our online shop, you can ship back to us for ask the SAME ITEM replacement if you make sure your goods was NATURAL BROKEN but not the man-made broken.
When you ship back the defected goods, you pay the coming shipping charge and we will pay the ship back charge. And we need 1 week to handle it after we got the defected goods.
Before you ship back, please login to here User Support Zone and we will give you more information about how to ship back.

I have already post there since two days and....nothing is coming from ic2005!
Plus, their sales told me to post here.

Not very serious this company....

sorry to bother but what do you suggest?

You post here for suggestions on USING the product... basically to make sure if it's a software issue or a hardware issue. Once you are sure your hardware is bad and not just a silly mistake on the user's part, then you contact ic2005 for a replacement.

I have neither a NeoGeo nor the product in question, so my only suggestion is to read through all the threads in this forum and see if someone else had a similar issue. Hopefully, someone with the product will see the thread and make some suggestions.

I boght this super convertor II and try with 3 mvs: 111 in 1, 120 in 1, 150 in 1 and in two diferent consoles (5v one and 8W one) but didnt worked. So no surprise yours doesnt. A question: did you turn back the super and try with new one? Did it work now? Thank you very much.
