[SNES] "Mode 0" Form of the data is not known

I the shape of the data do not know, want to make a demonstration in the SNES in Japanese.
I use a snes-sdk to develop,
is included with the snes-sdk, of snesc

format of tiles1, tiles that are passed to this settiles that is used in main () is not known.

In mode 0 all BG layers uses 4-color tiles (see http://nocash.emubase.de/fullsnes.htm#snesppucontrol).

If I remember correctly the tiles are formatted thus:

hgfedcba
... repeats for all 8 rows
HGFEDCBA
... repeats for all 8 rows

Where "a" is bit0 of the left-most pixel on row N, "h" is bit0 of the right-most pixel on row N, and "A" is bit1 of the left-most pixel on row N.
