To our regret, it was all 0x00 in the Pokemon black/Seoul silver that I owned as well as V1.09.

Got mine today but it doesn't work.  Nothing happened when I first plugged it in, although some time later the red light came on.  When I open the programme (NEO2 pro) it says "no slimloader USB found".  The device is listed an an unkown device on the USB list.
Please help!

If you're running x64 OS try to install the 64bit driver manually from the application's directory.

I'm running Vista 32-bit.
Tried updating the driver but it just says its up to date.

At least if the product you have is one of those "Super Memory Sticks" for the DS/DSi/3DS. I don't have one of those so I can't say for sure.

Does this, or any of your products backup Nintendo 3DS ROMs?. I am not talking about the saves. I am talking about full ROM data and headers so they can be played on a device such as Sky3DS?
