quick answer: you can't

nds file is binary for ARM7, ARM9 and some game data in embedded filesystem

'linux exe' is binary compiled for your platform (I'm almost sure it's x86)

apps for nds are made in different ways then apps for PC - you can't just take it and run on other hardware

Hmhm sure its not easy but it isnt impossible...
What u would need: Sourcecode for that game and a arm-compiler such as DevKitPro. Yes i am talking about a portation. Its easier then remaking that game. But its still a big project. If that game ur talking about is just one "Linux exe" and no other files it would be a bit easier. U would have a sourcecode which doesnt acces any drive. But the most games are using 2D/3D commands which are espacialy for that os. For example a windows-game would use directx/d3d/opengl. So that graphiccommands are useless for nds... (except some opengl functions). So if it is a simple 2D game which doesnt use any extern filesystems...
Ahh forget that it would be much work anyway....

Linux exe?
theres no "linux" exe format.
Linux uses FLAT and ELF and stuff like that (FLAT=no mmu, ELF=mmu)

Good job! I'm learning homebrew, too.

And kenny, I think he just meant a linux executable.  Not necessarily an .EXE.
